Holiday Schedule
General Rule
If an observed holiday falls on a weekday, collections for that day and the remainder of the week are delayed by one day, with Thursday routes collected on Friday.

No Tanglers Allowed
Keep water hoses, hangers, holiday lights, and extension cords out of the Blue recycling bin. KWRA explicitly bans these 'tanglers' because they wrap around sorting equipment and can shut down the entire Hanford recycling facility.
Keep Dirt and Rock Out of Green and Blue Carts
Never throw loose dirt, rock, concrete, or animal waste into the Green or Blue carts. These heavy, non-recyclable materials must go into the Black refuse container.
Ditch the Plastic Bags for Yard Waste
Do not bag your green waste. The City of Lemoore requires grass clippings, weeds, leaves, and small branches to be placed loose in the Green container to ensure proper composting without plastic contamination.

December - FebruaryThe City of Lemoore no longer provides loose curbside leaf pickup. All leaves must be placed inside the Green waste container. Additionally, cut Christmas trees can be placed in the Green bin or dropped off at the corner of Fox and F Street between December 26th and mid-February.
