Wednesday yard waste schedules generally remain unaffected unless a major emergency or Christmas Day happens to fall exactly on a Wednesday.
The only standard holiday where garbage and recycling operations are fully suspended is Christmas Day (December 25). If your service day falls on Christmas, the city will issue a modified pickup alert.
