Holiday Schedule
General Rule
In observance of these holidays, Waste Pro will not collect solid waste and recycling. For the remainder of the week, service will occur the next day (e.g., Monday moves to Tuesday, Friday moves to Saturday).
Yard Waste Exception
Scheduled yard waste and bulk collections follow the exact same holiday delay schedule as standard residential curbside service.
For all other federal or state holidays not explicitly listed, there will be no service interruptions, and you should place your carts out on their normal schedule.

Hazardous Materials are Strictly Prohibited
Keep dangerous materials like wet paint, sludge, vehicle batteries, and hot ashes out of both your 95-gallon garbage cart and 18-gallon recycling bin to prevent truck fires and chemical spills.
No Plastic Bags in the Recycling Bin
Keep the 18-gallon recycling bin free of plastic grocery bags, which jam the sorting gears at the material recovery facility. Only place designated plastics (#1-#7), cans, glass, and clean paper products inside.
Keep Yard Waste Out of the Trash Cart
Do not mix yard waste in with regular household garbage. The contracted trucks will not collect garbage carts packed with soil, heavy branches, or landscaping debris, as these require the specialized yard waste pickup service.
