Dark Green Bin (Trash)
All household garbage must be securely bagged before being placed inside the dark green cart. The lid must close completely. Place the cart within 4 feet of the curb with the handle facing your home.

Olive Green Bin (Recycling)
Empty all bottles and remove their caps before placing items loosely into the olive green cart. Never bag your recyclables. Ensure the lid arrows point toward the street.

Placement

General Rule
Waste Pro USA provides collection services on all holidays throughout the year with the single exception of Christmas Day (December 25).
Yard Waste Exception
If your designated bulk and yard waste collection day lands on Christmas Day, you must wait until your next scheduled pickup day for service.
For any collections missed due to the Christmas holiday, services will automatically resume on the next normal, scheduled pickup day for your specific zone.

June to NovemberIf a tropical storm or hurricane warning is issued by the National Weather Service, immediately stop placing bulk waste or automated carts at the curb. Store all solid waste securely on your property until Waste Pro operations officially resume.
Winter Holidays
DecemberWaste Pro USA operates on all major holidays except for Christmas Day. If your normal garbage, recycling, or bulk service falls on December 25th, it will be skipped and collected on your next regularly scheduled service day.
Spring Landscaping
March to MayWhen doing major spring pruning, remember that your combined weekly bulk and yard waste limit is 8 cubic yards. Ensure all branches are trimmed to a manageable size, and never mix in professional contractor debris, as the city will reject it.
