General Rule
If an observed holiday falls on a weekday, all collections for the remainder of that week are delayed by one day. Friday collections will shift to Saturday.
Yard Waste Exception

If a holiday falls on a Sunday, it is officially observed on Monday, which delays the entire week's collection schedule.
