Trash collection occurs once weekly by park/neighborhood section: Mondays for Deer Park, Millbrook, Pennypacker, and Rittenhouse; Wednesdays for Buckingham, Fairmount, and Somerset; Thursdays for Garfield North and Hawthorne; and Fridays for Beverly-Rancocas Rd, Country Club/Windsor, Lake Drive/Martin's Beach, Garfield Park/Garfield East, and Twin Hills (no Tuesday collection).

Yard Waste

Holiday Schedule
General Rule
There are no collections on Tuesdays or the six major holidays. When a holiday falls on a scheduled collection day, pickups are generally delayed for the remainder of the week.
Yard Waste Exception
The DPW Yard is always closed Sunday through Wednesday, and will remain closed on any township-observed holidays.
