Because all city collections occur on Tuesdays, your service will only be delayed (moved to Wednesday) if a recognized holiday falls on a Monday or Tuesday.
Yard Waste Exception

If a holiday falls on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or the weekend (e.g., Thanksgiving or often Christmas), Hilliard's Tuesday service route is entirely unaffected and will occur on schedule.

Despite having a Styrofoam recycling program, you cannot put foam in your curbside blue bin. SWACO's sorting machinery cannot handle it. Always take your rigid foam directly to the Municipal Way drop-off shed.
