General Rule
If an observed holiday falls on a Monday through Friday, all collections for the remainder of that week will be delayed by one day.
Yard Waste Exception

If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there is no interruption, and the regular weekday collection schedule remains in effect.
