General Rule
If your collection day falls on an observed holiday, your service is skipped until your NEXT scheduled collection day. There is no one-day delay system.
Yard Waste Exception
Yard waste is skipped and pushed to the following week if its dedicated day falls on a holiday.
Because Warminster offers twice-a-week collection, holding your trash for an extra 2 to 3 days until the next scheduled pickup replaces the standard delay model commonly used by other towns.

Prepare Branches as Bulk, Not Yard Waste
In Warminster, twigs, branches, and logs are excluded from standard yard waste limits. Instead, they must be cut into 3-foot lengths, tied into bundles, and placed out on your second collection day as bulk trash (up to 10 bundles per pickup).
Dry Out Your Latex Paint
