If a major observed holiday falls on a weekday, trash, recycling, and organics collection will be delayed by one day for the remainder of that week (e.g., Thursday collection moves to Friday).

If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there is generally no interruption to the standard weekday service schedule.
