Holiday Schedule
General Rule
If a recognized holiday falls on a weekday, Waste Management collection services will be delayed by one day for the remainder of that week (e.g., Thursday service moves to Friday).
Yard Waste Exception
This standard one-day delay applies uniformly to all three carts (trash, recycling, and organics).
If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your regular weekday collection schedule is unaffected and operates normally.

Drivers require a minimum clearance of three feet between the bins and any obstacles, such as parked cars, streetlights, or mailboxes. Furthermore, all lids must be shut tight; overfilled containers or loose garbage bags left on the sidewalk will simply not be collected. Remember to wheel your bins back onto your property by the end of the day.
