Place the container within 2 feet of the curb with the handle facing away from the street (towards your home) and at least 4 feet from any obstructions. Set out between 7:00 p.m. the night prior and 6:30 a.m. on collection day.

The City of Leesburg shifts residential routes during holiday weeks: Monday routes move to Thursday, Tuesday routes move to Friday, Thursday routes move to Monday, and Friday routes move to Tuesday.
Yard Waste Exception
Yard waste follows the exact same adjusted holiday schedule as regular garbage, as it is picked up on the second scheduled day of your adjusted week.
