Black Bin (Trash)
All trash must be securely bagged before being placed in the black cart to prevent wind-blown litter. Carts must be at the curb by 7:00 a.m. and placed at least 3 feet away from any obstacles.

General Rule
Venice does not collect on these five holidays. Your materials will NOT be collected the next day; they will be collected on your NEXT regularly scheduled collection day for that specific material.
Yard Waste Exception
Yard waste follows the exact same skip-and-wait rule, meaning you must wait until your next regular yard waste collection day.
If a holiday is not listed (e.g., Memorial Day or Veterans Day), city collections will take place on their normal, usual schedule.
