General Rule
There is no collection on City holidays. When a holiday falls on a Monday, Monday routes are picked up Tuesday, and Tuesday routes move to Wednesday. Thursday and Friday routes remain unchanged.
Yard Waste Exception
Any time a holiday falls on a Monday or Tuesday and bumps standard routes, the Wednesday Bulk and Yard Waste collections are completely canceled for that week.
