General Rule
The Sanitation Department does not work on designated holidays. Collections will run one day behind all week, finishing up on Saturdays.

Don't Mix Yard Waste with Trash

Can I suspend my Wadsworth trash service if I am going out of state?
Yes. If your house will be vacant for an extended time, you can call the Transfer Station at 330-335-2847. Provide an end date to suspend the service and a return date to restart it. The city will pick up your carts during this time.
