Holiday Schedule
General Rule
If your scheduled pickup day falls on or after an observed holiday, your service will be delayed by one day, with Friday collections occurring on Saturday.
Yard Waste Exception
Brush and yard waste are collected along with your standard bulk pickup on the delayed holiday schedule.

Never toss old keyboards, monitors, or cell phones into your recycling cart. These items require specialized processing and should be saved for Murphy's biannual Clean & Green event in April or October.
Cease the Grease
Cooking fats, oils, and grease cannot be recycled and will destroy your plumbing if poured down the drain. Scrape greasy pans directly into the trash or take large amounts to a local Cease the Grease drop-off station.
