Trash must be bagged inside the cart. Cart must be placed curbside by 7:00 a.m. (no later than 7:00 p.m.) on collection day with the wheels facing the residence. The lid must be able to close completely.

The weekly two-cubic-yard limit is included in your standard utility fee. If you exceed this volume or the 50 lb per item weight limit, you must schedule a special pickup with CWD at 972-392-9300, which incurs additional charges.
Holiday Schedule
General Rule
If your scheduled collection day falls on an observed holiday, your service will be delayed by one day for the remainder of that week (e.g., Thursday collections move to Friday, Friday moves to Saturday).
Yard Waste Exception
Because brush and bulky waste are collected on the same day as your regular household trash, they will follow the exact same holiday delay schedule.
If a holiday falls on a weekend, your weekday service schedule will not be impacted.
