Residents now receive twice-a-week curbside pickup (typically Monday and Thursday) starting bright and early at 7:00 a.m. Your first cart is included in your standard monthly trash fee, with the option to rent up to two additional carts for a small monthly surcharge.
Keep Odessa Beautiful Facility: The New Hub for Recycling
If you are looking for the 'Time Machine' or the old Citizen Bulk Drop Off, they have a new unified name: the Keep Odessa Beautiful Facility, located at 814 W. 42nd Street. Because the city does not offer curbside recycling, residents rely on this facility to sustainably dispose of recyclables. Conveniently, the drop-off windows for cardboard, plastics, paper, aluminum, and tin cans are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
