Black Container with Red Lid Bin (Trash)
All household waste must be placed inside the black cart with the red lid or in sturdy trash bags (under 40 lbs) placed next to the cart. Bins must be at the curb by 7:00 AM on your scheduled collection days.

Yard waste is collected on your regular trash days. Grass and leaves must be bagged (max 40 lbs). Branches must be tied in bundles no longer than 4 feet, under 40 lbs, with no branch exceeding 4 inches in diameter.

Placement
Place bulk items next to your black trash cart at the curb by 7:00 AM. Ensure they are clear of fire hydrants, parked vehicles, and mailboxes.

Holiday Schedule
General Rule
Best Trash observes these six holidays. If your normal collection day falls on one of these holidays, your trash or recycling will NOT be picked up that day. Instead, it will be collected on your next regularly scheduled service day.
Yard Waste Exception
Yard waste and heavy bulk trash follow the exact same holiday delay schedule as standard household garbage.
If a holiday does not fall on your specific service day (e.g., Thanksgiving is Thursday, and your days are Tuesday/Friday), your schedule remains completely unaffected.

Summer
June - NovemberDuring hurricane season, secure your black and green carts inside a garage or shed if severe winds are forecasted. Do not place large piles of bulk trash or brush on the curb if a major storm is approaching, as debris can block Sienna's storm drains.
Fall
October - DecemberAs leaves begin to drop, remember that Best Trash requires all leaves to be securely bagged and weighing under 40 pounds. Piles of loose leaves will not be collected and may result in a code violation from your HOA.
Winter
December - JanuaryHoliday cardboard boxes must be completely broken down and flattened before being placed in the green recycling cart. Excess cardboard that does not fit in the cart can be broken down and placed next to it on collection day.
