If a major observed holiday falls on a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, the standard Tuesday garbage collection will be delayed by one day and take place on Wednesday of that week only.
Yard Waste Exception
Yard waste is completely suspended from December through March, so winter holidays do not impact landscape debris schedules.
Because standard collection is exclusively on Tuesdays, holidays that fall on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday do not impact the Park Forest pickup schedule at all.
