Holiday Schedule
General Rule
Because Rosenberg operates on a twice-weekly garbage schedule, if a major holiday falls on your collection day, service is suspended for that day and resumes on your next regularly scheduled pickup day (e.g., Monday routes are serviced on Thursday).
Yard Waste Exception
If a holiday falls on a Monday or Tuesday, your yard and bulk waste collection will be skipped and must wait until the following week's first service day.
Many standard holidays like Juneteenth or President's Day do not interrupt GFL's solid waste collection in Rosenberg.
