Frequency
Twice a week, on both regularly scheduled garbage collection days.
Placement
Place heavy items at the curb by 7:00 a.m. alongside normal trash. Limit is strictly two large items per collection day.

Bulk collection of up to two items is included in your standard MUD utility fees. Excessive piles require an emailed photo to Best Trash for a special paid collection quote.
Holiday Schedule
General Rule
If your scheduled collection day falls on an observed holiday, there is no pickup that day. Service will resume on your next regularly scheduled collection day (e.g., a missed Tuesday pickup will be collected on Friday).
Yard Waste Exception
Heavy trash and bundled yard waste follow the exact same skipped-day holiday schedule as standard household garbage.
Best Trash continues normal operations on most minor federal holidays, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

September - NovemberDuring peak hurricane and severe storm season, expect high winds to bring down tree limbs. Best Trash will not haul away massive, unbundled storm debris. You must cut fallen branches into 4-foot lengths and tie them into 40-pound bundles.
Winter
December - JanuaryBest Trash observes very few holidays. However, if Christmas Day or New Year's Day falls on your regular collection day, your trash will simply be collected on your next scheduled service day, rather than rolling forward by one day.
