October - NovemberDuring peak autumn leaf drop, remember that loose leaves cannot be vacuumed from the curb. All leaves and grass clippings must be securely bagged if placed out with your regular refuse, and any bags outside the cart require a Pink Tag unless they are within the bulk limits.
